I’m SO EXCITED to be a Cookbook Ambassador!

As a Cookbook Ambassador, I’m sharing my honest review of the new “100 Days of Real Food: Fast & Fabulous” by Lisa Leake, in exchange for a copy of the book (plus another one to giveaway! Stay tuned for details!)

I’m SO thrilled to share this with you!

I have been a fan of 100 Days for years. Getting picked as an Ambassador is (healthy) icing on the (real food) cake!

Those who know me well might be scratching their heads … you’re a cookbook what?! Do you even own a cookbook?!

I do! I love cookbooks!

And I own quite a few. I’ve been a fan of Rachel Ray’s 30 Minute Meals since her first cookbook came out!

And I’ve been a fan of the 100 Days of Real Food website since my friend Celecia told me about it a few years ago (thanks, girl!)

But, to be honest, the kitchen is not my favorite place to be. 😉

Even so, when Lisa Leake from 100 Days released her first cookbook, I actually gave it to myself as an early Christmas gift (and I NEVER do that! Ha!)

Lisa’s recipes for whole-wheat banana pancakes have been a hit with my family (and I cannot tell you how proud I was that I actually made those pancakes from SCRATCH!)

Her school lunch ideas are brilliant (we always try to include fruits & veggies with ours. #RealFood!)

And when I saw that she was looking for cookbook ambassadors for her new book, I jumped at the opportunity to apply.

My day was made when I got the email that I had been chosen!!!

And on a more serious note, this was an answer to prayer. I’ll take all the help I can get to move me closer to a healthier diet.

Our family is always on the go, and we spend quite a bit of time in the car on long commutes (read: eating Chick-fil-A), so eating healthy is a challenge.

But I know eating real food is the key to improving our health.

High blood pressure runs in both my husband’s family and mine as well. Plus, my hubby has had two benign brain tumors, so we really should do everything we can do to eat healthy foods for our well-being.

Shout out to Lisa Leake for making real food FAST & FABULOUS! And for getting our family excited about it!

The NEW cookbook is coming out tomorrow, but you can pre-order to get the best price

And be sure to check out my blog TOMORROW to find out what happened when we tried one of the new recipes & more!

Laughing (and getting healthier) thru life,

Coppelia
