Yes, you can! It’s possible to start this weekly savings plan for Christmas now, in order to have a little less money stress later! That would be an amazing feeling! If you, like me, know what a “crunched Christmas” feels like (spoiler: not fun), this should help!

Weekly Savings Plan for Christmas from Life and a Budget

I found this weekly savings plan while searching for ideas to save money and budget for Christmas. While this plan in particular would have you start saving 12 weeks before Christmas, you can adjust and adapt it to fit your needs today.

If you started today, you have about 8 weeks till Black Friday/Cyber Monday. If you could set aside $125 per week until then, you’d have $1,000 dollars! If you’re ok spacing out your shopping a bit more, there are 11 weeks from now (October 11th) until December 21st. If you can set aside $90 per week, you’ll have $1k by then!

This may seem impossible with your current budget, but that’s why we’re talking about this now! There’s still time to look for a side hustle, get paid for online surveys, sell your stuff online and try to make those extra bucks!

By the way, here’s my Swagbucks referral link, in case you want to check out the online surveys deal!

You can even download and print that cute form!

Do you have any tips that have helped you save money for Christmas in the past? I would love to hear from you! Please share in the comments below. If there’s anything I want for you with this 101 Days till Christmas Countdown, it’s to look forward to the holiday season wth JOY!

Let’s go thru the rest of these busy months excited and happy, not stressed and overwhelmed. I don’t know about you, but I would much rather be less “grinchy” and more “merry!” I’m sure my hubby and kids would agree!

Laughing thru life,

Coppelia
